What I have observed is in torn poker (how it works) is you are against a guy with 5m and you bet all in at 21m, if he also goes all in and you lose, the other guy only wins double his bet money (per person and you get 16m back if you lose).

Unless I am really off on my memory of the amounts involved in the hand, since I called a roughly $100m bet and the third guy contributed $40m, I should have won a pot of about $240m. Instead, I won less than $200m (which doesnt even cover my matched call).
