Just like Faction or Company chat, but just a small group of people who are chosen by a host.
Or the ability to add people to a 2-person chat.
Instead of the ban/report buttons there can be add person/remove person buttons.
This will eliminate weird little 3-way convos on 3 different chats, etc.
