PROFESSIONAL RACING CHAMPIONSHIPS. (PRC)
All drivers must be class A Professionals.

Open Qualifiers begin June 4th @ 17:00 TCT

Official Rules:

All drivers must have a Sponsor ( Company )
No company can sponsor more than 3 drivers.

Only company Directors can sponsor themselves.
**Sponsors will be receiving half of the winning payouts**

 

Racers, race for Free!

All races will be 20 laps, except the final heat that will be 50 laps.

Cars may vary from race to race, but Must be class A


Races will be set with a 12+ hour start time in order to give drivers plenty of time to enter.
** Passwords for the race will be handed out to the drivers at the time Entry Fees are paid. **
(Failure to join the race before it starts will result in disqualification (DQ) from the competition.)

As each heat progresses, the drivers will be listed in the forum in order to allow for third party betting.
( Go to BETTING HOUSE )

Results of each race will then be posted by screen shot at the track.

Pace Car:
Each race will have a pace car in the race as well. (Most likely myself) In order to follow the race and receive the final stats. The pace cars position in the race will be ignored as if not there.
(Pace cars will most often be slower stock cars that are sure not to interfere with the top line up.)

Open Qualifiers:
The open qualifiers will be races with No fees. They will be ran with all participating entrants.
(First 99 to sign up)
There will be 4 open qualifiers...The top 6 from each, will advance to the championships.

  Note: You do not have to have a sponsor to run the Qualifiers. You will only need one once you are in the top 24.
• 
  
  ** If a company has more than 3 drivers place in the qualifier...Only the first 3 to sign up and have their fees paid will be accepted. At that point, the remaining driver must either find a different company to sponsor them or risk being disqualified and a wild card will be pulled up to take their place.

Tracks will be as follows:

1st Open Qualifier: Docks
2nd Open Qualifier: Meltdown
3rd Open Qualifier: Uptown
4th Open Qualifier: Vector

Heat 1,2,3 & 4: Speedway
Heat 5 & 6: Withdrawal
Heat 7: Industrial
The Final heat 8: "Majority vote will decide"

Heats:
There will be 8 heats. Each broken into races of 6 cars.
With the Final heat consisting of only the top 3.

The 8th heat is the final Showdown. The 3 drivers that make it to the final showdown will each win a Donator Pack. They will then race head to head for the grand prize.

Entry Fees:
Entry fees must be turned into the Race Director, ( Me )by no later than 12 hours prior to the competition.
(This is to allow for side betting once the racers have been posted.)
** Please ensure that I am online before sending fees. **
** Fee mugging may result in instant DQ without a wild card seat.**

Fees: 15 million per driver. ( to be paid by Sponsor)

**Drivers will receive a Trophy Signature to display where ever they choose**
(These trophies will also be displayed in the official PRC “Trophy House” forum.)

**additional fee money will be used for advertising the racing event via banners in the newspaper.**
**NOTE** All money is accounted for in this PRC. There is $0 additional fees paid in. Therefore all advertising fees are paid by the event sponsors.

Wild cards:
Previously eliminated drivers may have a chance to re-enter the competition if a driver is disqualified. This will be done in the order of last eliminated ,forward.
(Wild Cards only pertain to Qualifiers going into the starting lineup, except in the rare case of 4 or more drivers in a heat being disqualified.)

(All who wish to participate are encouraged to join all 4 nights for maximum chances to qualify.)
All Races to Start at 17:00 TCT


The first Championship Heat will begin on Sunday, June 10th at 17:00 TCT
Each heat will be held the following days. (June 11th to June 18th *skipping Wednesdays and Saturdays) With the Final Heat being ran Tuesday June 19th.
(The races will be set up for racers to join,12+ hours in advance. This is also, when drivers will receive their pass code to the race. Providing all fees are paid.)



IMPORTANT NOTE...PEOPLE PLEASE READ UNDER QUALIFYING...THERE IS NO FEE TO RUN THE QUALIFIER.
FEES ARE ONLY FOR THE TOP 24 THAT MAKE IT TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP.
DO NOT SEND ME MONEY UNLESS YOU HAVE QUALIFIED.

SPONSORS:

There are two types of sponsors needed for the PRC. Each are equally important.

Racing Sponsors: Racing sponsors pay the fees for a driver to enter the PRC. It is more of a gamble than anything, but it could pay off very well if your sponsored driver comes in the top three.

Event Sponsors: Event sponsors help pay for advertising and to boost the final outcome of the races payouts.

Racing Sponsors must be company owners and find a driver that has passed the qualifiers and is eligible to join the competition. The sponsor is then obligated to pay the 15m fee for that driver to race in the competition. If your driver wins one of the top three spots, you would be receiving half of the competition payout.  Racing sponsors may sponsor up to three drivers.

Event Sponsors can donate 1m just to have their company, personal page or faction banner added at the track. That money would go to support the PRC advertising fees and additional payouts. Donating more would add to the racers pot and up the winnings for the race. Once your banner is set into the track forum...there will be an additional mention as to how much you donated and those fees will be properly distributed.
