From your stats, I'm guessing you've just started doing George's missions. Since the missions are meant for new players, one of the missions is to attack another new player. That is a problem if you're an older player, because new players can't be attacked by older players in the first 2 weeks.
The good news is that staff can change the mission target for you so you don't have to wait 4 more days until you can attack it.
