I think the book Medical Degree Schmedical Degree is decreasing hospital time by 75% instead of the stated 50%, as far as i can tell, it's been reducing it by this the whole time and i've only just realized it (normal hospitalizations are around 1 hour, being attacked is around 5 minutes.)

Perhaps the faction you are in has 25% reduction on hospital times with the Fortitude branch as well?
