I am class C and I can't get any top 3 spots. I have used all my points that I earned from class D.
How do I get more points!

You just have to stick at it. Eventually you will start placing.
Even if you lose a race, your Driving Skill still improves slightly.
We all went through this, you just have to be dedicated :)
