That's strange, because the API also states you signed up on 2017-09-02 15:46:44, and you've had 1 login since then until recently...
I looked at the user activity graph and it's showing 60 User activity on or before 28th April 2018. At the moment it's not possible to look further back as the graphs are not functioning properly, as reported elsewhere but I strongly suspect that you did sign up 327 days ago on 2nd September 2017. You didn't join the game a week ago, it looks like you logged into an existing account.
Can I delete this account

I'm guessing your friend already had an account and then logged into it, having forgotten he'd already signed up a year ago.
i am going to close this as the user signed up at an earlier date, and is restarting now anyway.
Isn't restarting to use a referral code against the rules?
he wont be restarting with/as a referral.
