I have noticed that bazaar / itemmarket API responses does not represent the actual situation. New bazaar/itemmarket entries appear in the API response after a minute or so. Is this normal behaviour or a bug?
Data in the API is delayed?

It's normal behaviour to nerf item watch scripts.
Or, rephrasing that, it's normal behavior to nerf legit API-based item watch scripts.
One can still create a bot that uses the item market directly at a human-like rate and get instant results, having an advantage over everyone in catching steals -- and they wouldn't be able to stop that.
