I have read a few "happy jump" threads, these seem mainly for stronger players, with loads of cash.

So my question is how do you get boosts quickly at low levels and low cash?

Happy jumps are not for stronger players, they are for new players. These are of extreme importance as these are the trains that will significantly improve your stat gain per train so you must keep doing these until you reach at least 250k in each stat or more if you are in an Adult Novelties. To find funding for this a new player can do a variety of things. If you are not a level 15 player then you sell losses, but since you are level 15 I recommend you to flower run.

Flower running is done by going to foreign countries and buying the flowers or plushies available there and then coming back to Torn to sell them for a huge profit. If you want to increase your passive income along with this then I recommend you to join a sweet shop or an adult novelties. At a sweet shop which has 7 stars  or more you can trade in job points for cans that sell for a reasonable amount of money however at an adult novelties you get Erotic Dvds which are used for happy jumping.

ok thanks i think, my stats are lower than that, but i get the idea. not in a castle so this would lower % or boost. will get 7 ecstacy, and keep robbing chocolate :) then will do the 7 days and see where it gets me. thanks

I recommend you go straight to renting a PI, if you start flower running regularly it should not be that hard to obtain the money to do so. Make sure you rent a PI with a happiness of 5025. Do happy jumps only here or you will wasting money.

No.  Stronger players don't need to do happy jumps.  The lower your stats are, the more happy jumps help.  For stronger players, happy jumps are not beneficial.

But you are correct that happy jumps are expensive.

What I recommend is that you rent a private island as fast as you can.  The ones with 3700 happy are the best deals.  

Once you are living in a private island, you'll be able to make more money.  You are level 15, so you can fly.  But in the palace, it's still hard to make much money flying.  Using a PI will speed travel by 30%, and will allow you to carry 15 items instead of 5.  (A large suitcase and faction perks can add to that, but the PI is the first big upgrade.)  Those extra items mean extra profit per trip, and the PI will more than pay for itself if you fly often.

If you can't afford to rent a PI, then I suggest you sell some losses.  If you sell 4 losses, you can make enough money to buy a xanax.  Using the xanax gives 250 energy, which lets you sell 10 more losses.  THat turns your 100e into about a $2.5M or $3M profit.  Then, while waiting on the xanax to wear off and energy to regenerate, fly for flowers or plushies.  Repeat this as needed, and it won't be long before you can afford the PI.  Once you're living in a PI, it's fairly easy to make $3M profit a day, and if you are really active, you can make $5M or even $6M.

And when you're making good money, you'll be able to afford to do an occasional happy jump.

 

I have read both of those, and see they are expensive to do. I am just lvl 15, but will do flower runs etc as I can.

as to joining any company that is 7* upwards my stats are way to low to even be considered :)

5,025 is only after hiring staff and such.  The highest happy PI he'll find listed is 4,225.  And for a first time PI rental, that's very expensive, which is why I recommend the 3,700 happy ones.  3700 happy, the cheapest I see right now is $400,000 a day.  The 4225 happy ones are more than double that cost, at $824,000 per day.

This is good advice! So is Baldr's, as it always is. Happy jumps are the most effective way to train at low stats, but because of their cost few players can afford to do them every day.
