There's this irl i know, and we got him into the game. Unfortunately, he has gone mental and is placing bounties on all of us! He is considered a new player, so I was just wondering, what can I do to make his life hell.

Create a thread in attacking asking people to place 10x 500k bounties for 10m and then offer 5m per hosp overseas. After that pay people in Oil Rigs to constantly halve his happiness and then pay people in Detective Agencies to constantly extend his flight time if he flies ever. After that do the same thing to his entire faction and company so that they kick him out and do the same to his spouse so that person divorces him.
Additionally you can utterly destroy him in every single way possible by paying people to downvote every forum post he creates so he is always at 0 karma.
Maintain that for 3 years or until he quits the game.
