Is it possible to destroy a faction?
Yes, if you can drain a faction of all it's respect, it can be destroyed.
He is probably asking how to destroy his own faction. I suspect kicking the other two members is step one.
That's possible too. Your faction control panel has a 'Delete Faction' button. It's the very bottom tab on the left.
