What is the bug? If a player has been offline for longer than a day they can't be attacked in another country.
That's not a bug, it's intended.

It was like that for a long time, it's something for 'suggestions', not for 'bugs'.
hang on, so if i fly to china with 5b cash and go offline for 2 days, i cannot be attacked? when did that come about? lmao
u could always become a mission target and you arent save in the first 24h the chance u losing quite a bit of 5b is realy high
