How about a "Delete" option for the mail OUTBOX the same as for the mail INBOX?

How about a "Delete" option for the mail OUTBOX the same as for the mail INBOX?
I wonder why that isn't already in place. Strange. R+ for an answer.
It is really irritating to see there are more than 600 outgoing mails in my outbox , dated back to some 4 years ago and most of them are just "thanks for the bust" messages to people and I don't really see any point to hoard them. We should have the same "Delete" or "Save" options as for the incoming mails ;)
Sound like I'm whining ? Maybe I am ;)
