Torn City Customs Authority apologises for the delay in applying a travel bonus to your recent trip. Please accept this Business Class Ticket and our sincere regrets for any inconvenience caused. The bonus is now active and will run until midnight on Friday.

HOW?

It's from the recent event with double travel items that was late starting. You received a Business Class Ticket for each time you visited another country while the bonus wasn't active and should have been.

Did you make two trips while the bonus wasn't active and should have been? You got one Business Class Ticket for each trip.
