Revive means basically getting someone out of hospital and replenishing some of their health by using your Energy. Without faction upgrades it will cost 75 E, but with faction upgrades it can be reduced upto 25 per one. People buy revives in cases when they Overdose and are in hospital but their medical cooldown is full.
The usual price is a Xanax or 1 mil. Look for people wanting revives in trade chat and post in trade chat that you are reviving. It's better to set price before reviving and never revive anyone random without asking. They won't be obligated to pay you.
