All bets in the bookie are final and cannot be cancelled.

Very few games have been refunded verses non-refunded games. It could have been caused by an error with the odds listed by the API. 9 out of 10 times it's an error on the betfair API side, not Torn's. File a bug report and they'll tell you why it was refunded.

it said inter 1 so it is a typo. So it was wrong. And according to betfair rule books, they will cancel with new bet added. it is just torn api is late and didn't canceled fast enough and added new game
