Hi all,
Have been wondering for a while, if you don't pay your upkeep on a property, i'm assuming you can't sell or upgrade, move out etc etc ....
But surly if you have a fully upgraded private island you will never need to do any of those things???
Is this a case of the rich getting richer and letting their $300,000 a day upkeep build up, or is there a cap point or something in place to stop this.
Many thanks, Riverside
It will lower your happiness at a certain point if you don't pay your upkeep.
You have to start paying when it gets like 25-35m.or happiness will go away
next time, ask in Q&A
This ^^^^
However, if you are past the stat cap and dont mind losing small gains - hhhmmmmm......
Overtime small gains add up.
Lots of little things overtime can transform a intrepid field mouse into a kitty cat!
You're starting to bore me now. Every post you make has 'field mouse' in it!
Like he said overtime the gains add up and you could lose a ton of em just because u didn’t pay upkeep
let’s say u do 365 full trains and the happy differences makes you lose 100k per train
That’s 36.5 imagine if you did like 700 or 1000 natural e trains and possibly another 1000 Xanax trains so you see the difference ?
365 Full trains is doable in about 63 days. Figuring 8 hours of sleep rather than <5, it will be more like 70 days, and "about" 5 hours.
Wow you have a lot of time to do the math ...
You can afford to own a PI, but can't afford to pay upkeep? That seems quite unlikely.
If you don't pay the upkeep, the problem is going to keep getting worse, and worse, and worse, until you eventually pay. Quit trying to avoid your bills. If you aren't making enough money to pay your upkeep, you're doing lots of stuff wrong.
People who are renting will either pay, or the debt will be handed over to Duke, and then they'll pay.
Nah, I just understand the core essentials so I can derive the formula really fast to get an eta... and I did it too fast... something is off....
