Suck it up, and don't make new enemies. Just ignore them.
well you could ask him why keeps attacking you to find out why .Also train your stats up , so that he cant beat you and loses the fight, and see if that makes em stop ,Otherwise just keep meds on hand and deal with it if you get attacked while online

This is common when you are new. Just keep meds on hand, ignore the attacks as best you can, and focus on the important things like training your stats and reaching level 15.
