Citizens,

The weapon accuracy system within attacking has been re-balanced to produce more expected results. This change is to address several bug reports which show the strange effects of the previous accuracy system. We're hoping this will make the system far more intuitive for all players.

We've also changed the way the accuracy values on items appear, the values now better represent how accurate the weapon is - showing how much it will affect your base hit chance.

For example, if you have exactly the same effective speed as your target's effective dexterity, and a weapon showing 65 accuracy, your chance of hitting them each turn would be 65%. Having more speed than their dexterity will still greatly affect hit chance just as it did before. I.e. Twice as much would increase this hit chance from 65% to 77%, four times as much to 86%, ten times as much to 93%.

- The unique accuracy bonuses on weapons are unchanged. I.e. The most accurate versions of a weapon are still the most accurate.

- This update may result in you being unable to beat opponents you could previously due to the imbalance, and vice versa.

Thanks.
