How do I build my endurance?
Endurance is a work stat. To build it you just need to get a job that uses Endurance as a primary or secondary stat. The city jobs build your work stats very slowly. You can build your stats more quickly if you work in a player run company where the director trains you. Other than that, you can start an education course that boosts your Endurance stat.

the correct education courses will give you more endurance.
in a clothing store you can use job points to gain endurance. 10 points for 100 endurance
Edit: in the education job you can also exchange job points to boost any work stat
Don't pick education that you want for good END, you may end up picking a useless one (for your stage) like general studies.
