I have a gap between the points icon and gender icon making it hard to quick tap the far right icons. Especially since they spring back to place.

Money and points are aligned to the left; icons to the right. That's intentional.
Others don't have that huge of a gap?
That is because they have more icons. They simply add to the end until they need to be scrolled to.
