My menu for Casino. Items, Gym etc has disappeared. This happened a few weeks ago, and I expected that it might be temporary.

Check your scripts. There's been a few similar reports recently and they've been solved by turning off scripts.
as charlesy says, its typically an issue with DrN and other scripts
chances are your settings for DrN are wrong
if not clear your browser cache and the issue should be fixed
Thank you! I disabled DocTorn, and it's all back to normal now :)
