What stats do I need to make a successful car theft?
You need to have a good natural nerve bar, good CE (Crime Experience) and you need a coat hanger to pick locks. But for now, due to your level and stage, you should focus on selling cd's and stealing jackets.

Btw, there is no point in doing high crimes like Car Theft at this point for you, so don't consider it lol, you will just lose out on CE + nerve
