This would be the answer. If you're failing to receive the SMS then it's down to the operator which we can't fix unfortunately. I'd definitely recommend changing to authenticator.

I would expect it's your mobile service provider blocking it in some way?
The best solution would be to switch over to using an Authenticator app, rather than SMS.
I don't think so, i always receive messages from other websites and apps, and as i said it worked on torn twice or thrice, but yea i am not sure so it could be that
I have this stupid thing if I use the safari app lol. And since I don’t remember what I set for my childhood nickname, I can’t remove it. :’) (I get the messages, but I just wanted to comment on this stupid feature I can’t get rid of!)
do you have a nokia lumia ? i know from back when i worked in the bank they tend to have issues with the automated auth messages,
you might get an occasional one through but often not
if not a few details might help to have a wee check
what is your carrier? phone model ? Country of carrier
Nope no Nokia Lumia, my carrier is Turkcell, phone model is Samsung galaxy s7 edge, country of carrier is Turkey
ill pass it to chedburn to see if there are any known issues in the area, and if there are any solutions
using the auth app would probs be easier for you going forward, but we can check if there are any solutions for the text
Yea I'm using that now, but it's a bug I've been having, i don't mind using any tbh
