Whats this mitigated rubbish you get when you hit someone and all you get is mitigated

it means they have way higher defence than you have strength.

Not entirely sure the exact number, correct me if i'm wrong anyone but i think its ~~x17~~ x14 (thanks prox) more defence than strength
