1. A chatroom for the race you are in

2. The ability to paint your car

3. Add motorbikes for racing those

4. An entry fee for every race split between first three

5. The risk of totaling your car and you in Hospital

6. Race offs on special times, like on a holiday to win good prizes.

7. Once all race slots filled countdown timer advances to 10 minutes

1. Maybe. I don't think that it would be used much, and all conversations would be "I'm catching you" "Damn, you passed me".
2. Meh.
3. I like this. Add class A motorbike only races. A whole new set of upgrades would be required, as well as a range of bikes.
4. This already happens in custom races.  Racing points are the reward for official races.
5. I hate it.  It is already bad enough losing up to three upgrades in a crash.  Hospital is already a thing.
6. There are racing series.  More can be organised by any keen racer.
7. A common suggestion.  There is a reason for the wait times.  Racing deliberately makes flying harder by taking time, and the delay limits the accumulation of racing points and driver skill.

If you want your suggestions upvoted, it may pay to separate them, so that I can upvote the ones I like.

Should let us be able to decide when to progress into higher class. Got promoted without enough racing points in reserve means many hours of wasteful waiting, making it very uninteresting to join a race.

This would result in people staying in lower classes to accumulate racing points too easily. It would not be fair for those that had been recently promoted to that class.  You made your decisions about how many racing points to spend in lower classes, and now you have to live with it.  There is plenty of guidance telling not to spend too many points before you get to class A.
