Just a suggestion but in my oppinion for a quality of life difference there could be an option where you can select that upkeep goes straight out of the vault , maybe a toggle option

You mean like an irl modern bank's auto bill pay? Sounds neat.
Actually probably should enable an ability to auto pay someone or something on a daily, weekly, monthly, annually and all the colors in-between basis: paying your staff, paying the loan shark, paying your friend, paying your boss... idk, go wild with this suggestion
