I have a suggestion why not make crimes minigames?
Better yet, why make crimes minigames? Where is the suggestion here? What will the games be, what would they be for? What's the advantage of having minigames? How would they be played? Are you suggesting something with visuals or something text based? You can't just say 'minigames' and consider it a suggestion. There isn't enough here for the developers to even think about considering it.
Why not can have all sorts of reasons such as a huge development time and not being worth the effort.
Crimes are already being rebuilt from the ground up in Crimes 2.0 which is in development, so this isn't going to happen.
