What is the the best temporary item to have equiped?
for your current phase i think pepper is the best
it will decrease your target dexterity
if you're doing some duke mission and getting too much (silly crit) hit, you need to switch pepper with flash/smoke
it will dexrease your target speed
Idk about temporary to boost stats

cuz it's cheap
I like pepper spray, it costs much less than flash or smoke.
