Its a company special from a Detective Agency.
In the detective agency there is a perk, a 7-star perk. Called watchlist which is able to delay flights between 1:30 and 2:00. Someone must of used that perk to catch up with you and do something.

You win the lottery, so you went to Cayman to deposit your money. Someone noticed, and delayed your flight so they could arrive at Cayman first and wait for you, hoping to mug you when you landed and come away with fat stacks.
