Account is being used for hospitalization mission, but user is un-revivable, making the mission very difficult to complete. I would suggest deleting the user from missions or forcing the unused account to allow revives. The player report response I got said to report here and have you reset the mission.

I believe this was dicussed before, and this is something for 'suggestions'. Right now we can't count this as a bug.
