I'm pretty sure Suicide Bombers shouldn't be hitting naval. What'd they do, jump in the ocean and swim out to the Destroyers and blow themselves up?

They were moored. And this is more like a suggestion
Considering how messed up the entire round has been because of bugs, one really can't be too sure.
