The mission thingies are:

Put a bounty on someone

Defeat the same person

So I put a bounty on this random person, attacked, and realized i couldnt win. so i put a bounty on a different person, and have defeated (hospitalized) them twice already, but the second criteria hasn't be crossed off yet. any help?

Same here. I put a bounty on someone, went to attack and realized they were Traveling, so tried someone else. Have done it 3 times now, and the 2nd will not complete.
