hi i paid off my loan to Duke in full on the 17th and now all of a sudden my loan icon is back and i am being charged fee again can we please look into the log and fix this as my loan was almost 12m and that is what was taken from me on the 17th please look into this cause i refuse to pay this loan twice thanks

i can see you paid an amount of 11m + on the 17th
given that you were charged 293,635 this week would suggest your current loan is 11,745,400
and seing your interest was over 1m last week would suggest your loan was higher ?
i cant see what your loan was/Is but i can pass it to ched to check, i'd suspect your loan was higher than 12m though
