Hey i think my nervebar has been stuck at natural 40 nerve for 2-3 years or more
ive been doing tons of arson Warehouse and trough robbery .
so i kindof thinking there might be something wrong with the game for me ?

Seems you've been jailed about 60 times in a 3 year period, that may have some effect
The nerve system is based on your CE, and being jailed lowers said CE.
as beerdrinker says, dont get jailed
