But I think the bank now should become digital and we can access the bank account from anywhere except Jail. So, we should get Investment and Own Bank Account Both. and also Loan shark under Bank.

I'm just wondering if it would change much? I guess one of the biggest changes is that would overseas mugging go away(not fully but mostly)? As low level players don't carry that much money (to be worth to mug) and high level players would just keep the money in bank until right before they buy (especially on xanax runs etc.). I don't know tho, are there many people who "make a living" out of overseas mugging?
My proposal is that there could be implemented a "digital bank account" that you could access everywhere in Torn (except jail, or even from there for a fee?) BUT it would be with a "credit limit" for example 1mil(?). (maybe the limit could be increased? with merits?). And maybe a delay could be implemented to withdrawing and depositing money? like 5-10 minutes or so?

allowing that would basically kill mugging entirely, how? Put your shit in bazaar travel to Mexico if it’s bought you deposit, if it’s not bought close bazaar or repeat traveling to Mexico till it is. You would carry no risk to drug running inv SA no risk to rehabbing in Switzerland.
Thats not it too, having a deposit account basically makes property vaults obsolete. Why would you ever get one unless your super rich to the point where you don’t care, it would also make caymans useless if your using it to store money.
The loan shark option is also iffy, if it was limited to like 1m then yeah sure, but if it’s limit is the same as dukes for some people same problems as deposit banks

Mugging needs an overhaul anyway.
Torn is stuck in the 90's tech wise for most of it's main functions but has functional modern day tech in the mix, as well as a known online banking system already in the city as well as a standard bank that we as players cannot use.
Perhaps instead it could put money at risk of a bank robbery if within the standard bank rather than a vault, offshore or the investment bank which isn't technically a bank but rather a singular function of a full bank.

The problem is game balance, your reasoning is since mugging needs a rework then this is fine. Ok then, how will mugging being reworked make it so being able to withdraw and deposit while traveling isn't fail proof and can be a risk?
The real life should be in a game is real dumb, going by that logic why can't i hire a hitman to blow up his planes while traveling to another country, should ched add that to since it fits in with the crime theme? I could use that logic to add so much shit, that so much shit will also break the game's balance and fun for everyone to the point where its tedious to play.
Also i really don't like how your justifying the fact that theres no risk by adding a game mechanic. You want to add a whole new game mechanic for a system thats basically only to make travelling risk free?
I mean the other uses i can think of is to make trading safer, pointless to own a vault, basically pointless to use caymans unless your storing billions on billions for it to be worth your time, make it so selling at the bazaar is virtually riskless with the deposit system.
Now lets say this is a good idea and the counter play / risk is a bank robbery.

How will it be balanced?
What is the risk for the robbers?
How much will the victim lose?
Some have more than others what will they lose?

There is a option for that.... We have already option of hacking and bank crimes. So, when some do crime of that it and if he got success he will warn money it is like mug. And Once digital banking is implemented hacking system will also come. Later might be for companies bank account also come.... It will make game balance more just because people niwadays only being rich. So, we need to make money level down. But digital banking to manage bank account from anywhere can be easy.

there are already tons of ways to store money safely. I don’t really know why you think ched has to implement a new system a new mechanic just because you don’t want to carry money to make money. Do you want gambling to be an 100% win also?
Every way of storing money basically has drawbacks in the game. Like storing money in a company you actually CAN get hacked and lose money. It’s a company special to steal money from company banks.
This idea pops up like once every week, there’s a reason why it hasn’t been added. Mugging a very core part of this game no reason to completely ruin it .

There are many, many ways to travel safely, and if a traveler does not do them it is their fault. They know the risks of traveling.
