Your question is very vague. I'm going to take a guess and say you mean the Sports Medicine course, which gives "Gain a 10% increase in temporary booster effectiveness"?
I believe this refers to the stat boosters that can be equipped in the temporary item slot once you've completed the Bachelor of Biology course. The boosters are Melatonin, Tyrosine, Epinephrine, and Serotonin.
