I'm assuming I'm experiencing some sort of time zone conflict with monthly sub. I signed up for monthly sub 12/31 and it is now 1/30 with next payment of course scheduled for 1/31 but, I have lost benefits now.

It's now the 31/01/2019 on Torn
I understand that which is why I'm assuming it's a time zone conflict, as this payment will go out each month at the same time. Is it safe to assume sub is going to expire for a few hours every month?

Looks to me like you actually got almost 3 hours of "free" Subscriber status.
