EXAMPLE FORUM (MAIN)
This is largely for my use, But i figured i could make it public, Incase it helps any other peoples :)
If anyone would like stuff added, My knowledge is limited, But i will do my best
BACKGROUNDS & BORDERS
To set the background and border, Go to "Tools> Source code", And add this code at the beginning.

The colours and border thickness can be changed. "px" is pixel count for the border. And the #a9a9a9 is a colour code. COLOUR CODES
Pls note, that placing the code in a position where you want it can be tricky... And editing this code badly, can have disastrous consequences. If you break a page, just refresh or close it, don't click edit, or it will save the errors.
LINKS
A very useful thing to know when making faction forums is how to set links, They can be used to link multiple forum pages together, Direct members to outside pages or to connect a factions forum to the public forums, such as guides or recruitment threads.
A few ways you can do this...
Insert Link
Go to "insert>Insert Link" A box will appear allowing you to enter the text and link that you want to be added. I find its best to always set target window to "None" Otherwise every link will open a new page/tab. Sometimes you will want that to happen though.
Edit Link
Highlight any text or images and select the chain icon seen here...[image: i.imgur.com]

This will bring up a box like the other one, where you can change the text to say what you want, and a place where you can add or edit the desired link. Don't forget to set the target window to none, unless you want it to open a new one.
This means that you can have any words or pictures, With any link attached to them.
BUTTONS
Essentially a button is just an image with a link, But of course the use of them and the information in the button is crucial, Especially if you are trying to organise a lot of pages.

The simplest way of making buttons that i am aware of is this nifty site called dabuttonfactory .
Once you have generated and downloaded the desired button, Just upload it to a site such as Imgur, From here you can either just drag and drop the images onto the forum pages, before adding links. Or you can copy the image link by right clicking on it and then insert the image as seen in the next section.
INSERTING IMAGES & GIFS
Compared to all the previous stuff, this is quite simple and well known. Though you can upload images to your profile and host them on torn itself, There is a limit and most people will choose to use third party sites like Imgur.
You don't have to be restricted to images you upload however, You can also copy the image links from picture already hosted elsewhere on the internet. Be aware that some sources will be compatible, While other places will have images that don't work. If an image doesn't work, just download it, upload to a hosting site and use it from there.
If dragging and dropping the image doesn't work, Right click on it, select "Copy image address" go to Insert> Insert Image and past the address into the source box.
INSERTING VIDEOS
Like with the background and border, Copy and paste this code into the "source code" box, found under the tools tab..

TIMERS & COUNTDOWNS
Like with the background and border, The easiest way that i know of to add a timer (Thanks to an awesome friend) Is to add this code into the "source code" option under the "Tools" tab....

EXAMPLE CHAIN TIMER

So last note before coffee... These methods can be used to link a very large number of pages, It means the pages here can be linked in with external sites and so things like discord/tornstats and torn wiki can be seamlessly integrated into the faction in forms of simple menus, Or elaborate images.
I am far from an expert in this. But that just goes to show that anyone can use this stuff. If there is anything you can suggest to add to this example. I would love to build it into something useful.
