I attacked Jane18 and found out I could only use my fists. All my weapons were blanked out. I don't know if it's a perk or a glitch but i'm reporting it just in case. I forgot to take a screenshot though

What do you mean by blanked out? Like they weren't even equipped?
Sorry false alarm. I left my faction that's why
