I know things like this have been posted before, but i have seen Torn claim they made changes, but no changes were made. Missions are still giving me targets WAY too powerful for me, each target takes at least 2 if not 3 or 4 lives to defeat, which really sucks if a mission has more than one target. Is there anyway torn could fix this? or maybe even have the missions more varied so i get a few of the non-attacking missions now and then instead of just one or 2 of those a month and the rest all attacking people 10-20 lvls higher than me with stats far more than twice mine.

As you progress through missions they're supposed to get harder. Your target pool will become filled with players that are a bit stronger than you - for those sorts of missions you can and will have to get help from drugs (try vicodin to boost your stats) or friends (they can join an attack and help you).
