blackmailing is an organised crime in a faction, your faction leaders will select you for crimes and initiate when everyone is ready.

Though if you are talking about actually trying to blackmail other players, I can't help with that...

If you're talking about a Duke mission, read his instructions.

As note above, Blackmailling is a Faction's Organised Crime, and your faction's leaders will sort it out for you.

For actually blackmailing players, simply demand money from them under threat of punishment (like attacking, or the release of sensitive information).

This was successful, so do what they did.
  1. Player A and Player B are kicking their heels on a street corner looking for something to do.
  2. Player B notices Clansdancer walking down a dark alley towards the Stallions Club.
  3. While Player A waits outside, Player B follows Clansdancer in to the club and sits behind her.
  4. As Clansdancer leans over to slip $10 into the dancers thong, Player B takes a photograph and runs out of the club.
  5. Back at the faction office, Player A emails Clansdancer the picture, threatening to send it to LeukyBear unless $10,000 is transferred into the faction bank account.
  6. Clansdancer transfers $10,000 to the faction, and the picture is deleted.

Send me three Xanax and I'll answer your question, or else I release those pics of your relative in the place getting the thing.
