A player has been renting ten of my appartments and two of my semi detached, twelve properties in all, removing them from from the market and alowing the av rental price for apartments to rise. My concern is a player is able to rent more than one property at all, since you can only live in one?

hmm, interesting conundrum. it was deemed okay (a while ago atleast). passing to Ched to decide if people should be able to rent more then one property.
If there are properties up for rent on the market, any player can rent them even if they have no use for them. Just like in the real world.
