Hello. I am sending on behalf of my friend. He has made his account about 20 minutes ago, sent his verification Email, and of course was logged out. He verified himself, forgot his password a few times, accessed his account and now all he gets is Google ReCaptchas, ticking the box, constantly, stopping him from getting anywhere in the game. That is why I have posted this on behalf of him, as he cannot access forums.

He was using his PC and Chrome.

The captcha is most likely due to the number of failed logins. Could you have them clear their cache to see if that helps at all?

have him slow down his movement to check the box. acting way too fast on a laggy computer can trip recaptcha to block the user.

I've tested this system and it is working fine, he's just continuously entering the wrong password. I suggest he resets it via:
