Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 4; Android 7.0;
Faction Wall scrolling is very slow when wall entries are visible on screen. I suspect the animation of taking over territory -- arrows in background may be slow or something.

Getting the same issue but for me when I scroll down I'm forced back up
