Hello, how to create a faction ?
I read :
"To buy a brand new faction, go to: City > Create A Faction which i located at the bottom left part of the city, under Factions."
I can't find this damn button. Is there a minimum level ?

To be honest I wouldn't recommend making a faction at your level
You can probably buy an existing faction for less than the cost of a new faction. Some newbies get in over their head and just want to unload a new faction.
