On both my phone and the laptop.

I have been at a company (mechanic shop) for four days. I have not received a job point. The grid to spend job points is also greyed out with the message "specials will be unlocked after 3 days".

Nothing has unlocked.

mate you are in a 0 star company

u receive job points per day in a company according to the number of stars that company has,

That is also the reason why the option to spend job points is greyed cos the company specials are locked

You are in a 0-star company which is why you don't have access to any of the specials yet, and you gain job points based on the number of stars you have.
