Just start the race

So why do we have to wait an hour for a race to start? Why can't Torn just start the race when 6th person enters or maybe 2 minutes giving them time to change car if need be?

Come on Torn make it not so boring or tedious.

Racingis like other aspects of the game. There are deliberate time delays in everything. It's not meant to be rushed.

Because then you would earn racing points too easily

This game is about a long-game approach, not a quick approach.

I don't mind the race delays because if I decide to fly at while waitin for race to start, I can leave the race and jump on a plane rather than having to wait for the race to end. I have certain times during the day I like to race, but I like to interrupt it when necessary. And also, it takes some ppl a while to be able to join a race. I've seen race delays after the hour was up because of car changes

The delay also gives you time to select the perfect car for the race.

Delay is alright but I’d love to see it go from an hour to thirty minutes.
