newbie protection

I think its good that the new people have protection, but some how there are lvl 15's with the green leaf. i need help understanding how.

They're still under protection because they're 14 days or younger.

but how do they lvl up so fast?

Probably attacked leveling targets.  I was level 15 at 12 days couldve been more if I tried.

The fastest way to level up is through combat, by attacking other players and clicking 'leave' once you win. Higher level targets earn more exp, and mugging/hospitalising earns you less experience than leaving. Avoid attacking other players in the New Players Chat, as they'll be a low level and give you low exp, as well as earning you a bad reputation, leading to you getting attacked yourself.
