Recently People have been giving me Xanax. And I have looked in the hospital and you can overdose on drugs (I know it's obvious).
How much Xanax can you take before you overdose. I am wanting to farm the gym and don't know the recommended limit.

There's no limit for an overdose. There's roughly a 2% chance to overdose (less if you have faction /job perks). It could happen on your first tablet or your 100th. You may overdose once, then again the day after... It's purely down to luck.

With every single Xanax you take, there's around a 1% to 3% chance you'll overdose. It could happen on your next Xanax you take, or 150 from now (or more). 

A common misconception is that staying rehabbed reduces your chances of an overdose; this is wrong. 

Another common misconception I see new comers chat about is that taking a Xanax while already in hospital will prevent an overdose; this is also wrong. 

Overdoses happen, but the E makes it all worth it. The best thing you can do is power level to level 15 so you can at least fly to rehab when/if it happens. Check this guide out on how to power level: Baldr's Guide
